
SS. Mary & Radigund Church.

As can be seen from the above picture this is a very pretty little church, especially in the Spring with the trees in full blossom. Behind Postling to the North the Downs rise up and give beatiful views of this part of Kent.The crossroads which is next to the Church is known as Postling Vents. "Vent" or "went" is an older Kent word than means "ways". It might be worth mentioning that the old Kent dialect has so many words in it that were not normally found in the English language that a dictionary was published a few years back.
