I am anxious to obtain any old photographs, books or other memorabilia (such as Whitbread cards or postcards, etc.) that visitors are prepared to part with or duplicate which might help me to expand this site. Old photographs which might show parts of Kent and the Towns and Villages in Kent before the WWII would be particularly useful. You can contact me about any such items at this address: mail@kentresources.co.uk Since I started this site about 14 years ago I have avoided commercial references of any kind other than recommending certain reading that visitors might find beneficial or interesting. During that time all the costs, which presently amount to over £500.00 a year, have been paid by myself. The site has grown considerably since the early days and before the site had to be moved had about 10,000 thousand "page hits" a day. These hits have dropped since the move but are beginning to build again. One of the ways I do try to make a living is to design Internet sites.
